Rates & Terms

My rates for translation are based on word count and any other services that may be required (such as certification, notarisation etc.).

– Documents of one page are usually charged at the minimum rate.

– Proofreading is charged at an hourly rate (approximately 1,000 words per hour).

– My terms of payment are 30 days from date of invoice for corporate clients and translation companies and for private clients I require payment in advance.

– I accept payment by bank transfer or PayPal.

– I adopt the ITI's Model Terms of Business and unless otherwise agreed, all work is subject to these terms. I also adhere to the ITI Code of Professional Conduct.

– All documents are treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to a third party without your permission. See my Privacy Policy for full details.

– I am covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance.
